Show your bookmarks bar
The bookmarks bar is the thin row just under the address bar. If you can’t see it, press:
- Windows / Linux: Ctrl + Shift + B

Open Google Maps and search a business type plus a place, for example:
- “dentists in Pune”
- “interior designers in Noida Sector 62”
- “cafes near Connaught Place”
💡 Searching by neighbourhood gives more results than a whole city. -

When it says ✅ Done, click 📗 Excel or 📄 CSV. Want only businesses that need a website? Tick 🔥 Only businesses without a website first.
Search something else and press Start again to add more to the same list.

Yes. LeadGrab is free with no sign-up and no limits. It’s made by BuiltByAP to help small businesses, agencies and freelancers find customers.
Does LeadGrab send my data anywhere?
No. LeadGrab runs only when you click it, reads the listings already on your screen and builds the file inside your browser. Nothing is sent to BuiltByAP or anyone else. See our privacy policy.
Do I need to install a Chrome extension?
No. LeadGrab is a bookmark. Drag the button to your bookmarks bar once and click it on any Google Maps search.
Can I find businesses that don’t have a website?
Yes. Every row has a Has website? column (Yes, No or Social page only), and you can tick Only businesses without a website before downloading.
Which browsers does LeadGrab work in?
Chrome, Edge, Brave, Opera and Firefox on a laptop or desktop computer. Phones and tablets don’t have a bookmarks bar.
Why do some businesses have no phone number?
LeadGrab only collects what Google Maps shows publicly. Use Smart or Full scan mode to open listings and find more phone numbers.
Clicking the button on this page does nothing
That’s expected. It has to be dragged to the bookmarks bar first, then clicked while you’re on Google Maps.
I can’t drag it. How do I add it by hand?
Copy the code, then right-click your bookmarks bar → Add page… (or Add bookmark). Name it LeadGrab and paste the code into the URL box.
How do I get the newest version?
Drag the button from this page again and delete the old bookmark.
